1. Acceptance of Protocol
By initializing a partnership node or accessing the TIKKRI INT portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the technical parameters defined herein, please terminate your session immediately.
2. Service Provisioning
TIKKRI INT provides elite software engineering, cloud orchestration, and digital security solutions. Service tiers are defined in individual technical proposals. We reserve the right to modify system frequencies or portal modules to maintain network optimization.
3. User Conduct & Nodes
Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to breach administrative frequencies, forging identities within the chat nodes, or utilizing technical assets for unauthorized external dispatches.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom code, technical architectures, and branding elements forged by TIKKRI INT remain the exclusive property of TIKKRI International (Private) Limited unless explicitly transferred via a signed Project Contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
TIKKRI INT operates with a high-fidelity uptime target but is not liable for data loss or business interruption caused by external service node failures (e.g., third-party cloud outages or DNS propagation delays).
6. Jurisdictional Trace
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any technical disputes will be resolved via arbitration within our primary operational jurisdiction.
